About Program

The department of ECE has been offering M.Tech (Digital Electronics and Communication Systems) since 2009 with an intake of 18. Under this PG programme, latest technologies like wireless communication networks, advanced digital signal processing, low power VLSI design, Network Security and Cryptography, Image and Video processing are covered.

Program Overview

  1. Postgraduates will continue perpetual learning to contribute new knowledge and apply innovatively in an appropriate context within the field of VLSI and Communication systems.
  2. Postgraduates will have the ability to identify potential problems to pursue research in multidisciplinary domains.
  3. Postgraduates will demonstrate their leadership qualities to address professional, ethical and societal issues.
  1. An Ability to Independently carryout research/ investigation and development work to solve practical Problems.
  2. An ability to write and Present a substantial technical report/ Document.
  3. An ability to demonstrate a degree of mastery over the area of VLSI and communication systems.
  4. An ability to create novel designs by applying in-depth knowledge to meet the challenges in the communication domain.
  5. An ability to integrate multiple sub-systems to develop VLSI System-on-Chip and optimize its performance.
