• It is pertinent to establish goodwill and rapport with parents, decides clear lines of communication from the beginning of the academic year. The more you keep them informed about classroom interaction with their wards and include them in institutional happenings as stakeholders.
  1. Begin the year detailing what is on the schedule of programs in academics.
  2. Make the parent known about the outcomes of evaluation and assessments during every parent Teacher meeting.
  3. Ensure the parents trust you so that they, in turn, persuade their wards to repose confidence in the teachers.
  4. Assure the parents of prompt action about any of the concerns the teachers are facing their wards.
  5. Upon meeting parents explain what actions/strategies have been adopted or likely to be adopted to address their grievances.
