Accreditation & Rankings

At Vardhaman College of Engineering, excellence is measured not only by academic achievements but also through nationally recognized quality benchmarks. The institution has consistently demonstrated its commitment to providing world-class engineering education through prestigious accreditations, national rankings, research excellence, innovation, and industry engagement.

Accreditations are an independent validation that an institution and its academic programmes meet rigorous standards of quality, governance, teaching-learning processes, research, infrastructure, student support, and graduate outcomes. These recognitions assure students, parents, employers, and society that the education imparted aligns with national priorities and global best practices.

The College has earned both Institutional Accreditation from NAAC and Programmes Accreditation from NBA, reflecting excellence at the institutional as well as programme levels.

The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) evaluates the overall quality and performance of a higher education institution across multiple dimensions, including curriculum, teaching-learning, research, innovation, infrastructure, governance, student support, community engagement, and institutional best practices.

NAAC accreditation signifies that the institution maintains a culture of quality, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement while nurturing academic excellence and holistic student development.

The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) evaluates individual academic programmes based on the principles of Outcome-Based Education (OBE). NBA accreditation ensures that graduates acquire the technical knowledge, professional skills, ethical values, innovation capabilities, communication skills, and lifelong learning competencies expected by industry and society.
